This magnificent stone is Maligano Jasper, named for the village of Maligano in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia, where it was discovered less than a decade ago. The stone was formed in the hot springs of ancient volcanoes. It is believed to promote emotional healing, inner peace, and protection against negative energies.
